Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibility:

 

1. Master online store business procedure and knowledge, answer questions and request from customers by phone or live chat
2. Introduce product and guide customers to place orders to increase sales
Answer questions about payment, order status and other exceptional cases
Deal with exceptional orders, return or refund request and complaints
3. Ad hoc work

 

Requirement (chat)
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. with sales or customer service experience preferred
3. Computer skill, typing speed (above 60 words per minute), English proficiency required
4. Steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player
5. Accept night shift and over time working


Requirement (Voice)
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. With telemarketing, sales or customer service experience preferred
3. Computer skill, sweet and nice voice, English proficiency required(especially oral English)
4. tact and diplomacy ,steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player
5. Accept night shift and over time working
